Careers

Vistara Capital Partners is a small team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about enabling growth of the technology ecosystem and at Vistara’s portfolio companies. Interested in joining the team? Please apply to any of the positions below or otherwise, contact us.

At Vistara (Sanskrit for “expansion”), our core purpose is to enable growth of the companies we invest in, our investors, our people, and the communities we operate in. We provide highly flexible capital solutions in the form of growth debt and/or growth equity to meet the financing needs of mid-later stage technology companies across North America.

Our unique ability to invest across the capital structure creates strong alignment of interests with founders and existing investors, limits excess dilution, and provides for enhanced access to capital at a lower overall cost compared to traditional sources of growth financing.
Across numerous bootstrapped and venture-backed companies, we have proven to be a creative and valued partner supporting a variety of needs including organic growth initiatives, acquisitions, refinancings, and runway extension to profitability or next round of financing/exit. We invest exclusively in technology with a strong focus on enterprise software and technology enabled services. We require a minimum of $10 million in revenue (profitability not required), and are deploying $5M-$20M per investment.

Currently investing from Vistara Technology Growth Fund III LP, we expect to launch our fourth fund in early 2021, continuing our own expansion since inception in 2015.
